Our Approach to Nutrition

I have been on an exciting journey accumulating knowledge about the environment, agriculture, soils, plants, animals and human health. I have a farming background and taken a multidiscipline approach to learning, which has provided valuable insights on how human health is connected to our environment, food supply and natural ecosystems. I have been a research seed production agronomist for over 10 years, fostering an interest in food production systems with a focus on food quality rather than an over reliance on yield at the expense of health parameters required to sustain a healthy population.

Through multidiscipline studies and help from life long friend and mentor Peter Norwood, Full-Circle Nutrition,  I have learned the needed pieces required to apply more authentic wholistic methods of nutritional interventions and improved human health management.

The name complete complete circle nutrition is inspired from the nutritional biochemical processes we share with the natural environment. Through monitoring biochemistry of soils, plants, animals and humans, - the complete circle - we have found their is a hierarchy of nutritional ratios that if we follow can bring about a healthy balance.  These ratios acknowledge the law of the minimum in addressing nutritional deficiencies. The program used is unique in that it acknowledges the law of the maximum where too much of the wrong elements can compete and even block the uptake of nutrients making them bio-unavailable. It is this balanced approach that can help the body heal itself with the right levels of nutritional agents to promote energy, digestion and immune processes to work effectively together.

My Journey

My educational journey has included studies in:

  • Soil nutrition - with training in soil balancing using Kinsey/ Albrecht program, a production systems that applies nutrition in a sustainable way to boost nutritional status of pastures, crops and food production. This has provided insight into the declining nutritional status of our food production systems and how best to address this issue.
  • Bachelor of Applied Science - providing a grounding in important biochemical, biological and natural ecosystems.
  • Business Masters - focusing on business research methodologies, strategic planning and human resource coaching methods
  • Nutritional Medicine (Advanced Diploma)  - with a focus on nutritional aspects of human health including detoxification methods, optimising digestion and methods that can help in balancing the endocrine and nervous systems.

OUR Mission

To inform, empower, and partner with people and other like minded nutritional leaders to advance people’s understanding of sustainable health to allow people to take back control of their own wellbeing and happiness.
